Usage

Opal-Convert CSV/VCF is a very easy to use, yet powerful converter for Windows 10/8/7/Vista/XP. Simply open a file (or files), adjust any options, and click save (save button will be green if you're ready to save).

    It's easy to convert from CSV to vCard with multiple contacts. The example below shows 4 contacts in the CSV which are turned into 4 separate vCards. These can then be imported directly into Outlook, Excel, Nokia, iPhone, Android, Gmail, Outlook.com and other services, phones and programs. This image below shows conversion from vCard to CSV (Excel). Multiple vCards are supported too if you wish (to create a giant CSV). The screenshot to the left is in 'simple' mode, but below is shown in 'Advanced' mode, so you have complete control over the input and output.

    Tailor exactly what headers in the CSV you want interpreted when converting to VCF. Each header can be easily matched up with a particular vCard property such as the name or phone number. Opal-Convert supports adding 'unknown' headers to the 'Notes' property so no info is lost in translation.
    You can tailor the CSV to suit your requirements. For example, you may want the word "Organization", or the word "Company" - the choice is yours. Attributes and fields can be merged, or excluded altogether if you wish. You can filter out certain columns or reorder them if need be.
